My personal love story-

In 2009, I transferred to Shanley High School in Fargo. I was very active in theater and music throughout my time there. Another person who was super involved in those two things was Mr. Kyle Nesler. Kyle was two grades younger than me, so we weren’t best friends by any means. However, we were often in the same groups and were around each other quite a bit!

One year after college, I moved to Bismarck, North Dakota to work at the University of Mary. While working there, I came back into contact with Kyle. We were friends all year, and then one day before graduation, things changed. From that day forward we have been inseparable! Going through life with Kyle has been wonderful.

Since getting married, we have also had two beautiful boys, Calvin & Jude. Being a mom is the best thing I’ve ever been blessed enough to do. From seeing their smiling faces in their cribs every morning to making them gut laugh, I cannot think of a better way to spend my days. Are some days hard? Yes. Are they worth it? Absolutely. I always wanted to be a mom, I just had no idea how much I would love it.

Now, let’s hear your love story!!

These are a few of my favorite things…..

  • playing games with my family

  • DIYing projects around my house

  • watching “The Great British Baking Show” with Kyle

  • eating a ridiculous amount of sushi

I love to travel!

A few months before we got married, Kyle and I traveled to Europe and visited Ireland and Italy. We took in the beauty of the Cliffs of Moher, drank a pint at the Guiness Factory, toured the Vatican and St. Peter’s Basilica, ate lots of pasta, threw coins in the Trevi Fountain, and so much more! We are so blessed that we were able to go on this trip. We will never forget it!

We worked with Willow and Rose Photography for our wedding and engagement photos! Laura made us feel so comfortable, she was able to capture truly amazing organic photos! We felt like she put her whole heart into making our experience memorable. Her attention to detail was second to none, these photos are something we will cherish for a lifetime. We look forward to her capturing many more of life’s special moments for us!
